Our Story

Created in 2020, Bee & Bonnet Hot Honey was born from a love of cooking outdoors, the power of food to bring people together around a table and a love of bold, unique flavours. We create our small batch Hot Honey by infusing small batches of delicious sweet honey with the fire of scotch bonnet chillies to create a unique and fiery taste.  It's the perfect addition to grilled meats, pizzas, tacos, cocktails and more.

Since our launch we’ve been very lucky to have created a fan base of hot honey lovers around the world. We’re loved by foodies, food writers, influencers and worldwide brands.

As well as our own website we’re also stocked and sold in restaurants, delis, pop-ups and markets around the UK.
